The history of the Indian motorbikes is linked to an Irish Engineer who firstly began racing for Indian in the Isle of Man TT Races in 1911 before being brought to Massachusetts in 1917 to work as an engineer for Indian, designing and crafting the Model O, Scout, 101 Scout and Dispatch Tow.
